Terms and Conditions for Programmes Offered

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the enrolment and participation in all educational programmes offered, from Foundation to Master's level. By enrolling in any programme, students agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Programme Admission and Enrolment 2.1. Admission to each programme is subject to meeting the entry requirements specified for that level of study. 2.2. The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. 2.3. Upon successful admission, students must complete the enrolment process and pay the required tuition fees before commencing their studies.

3. Fees and Payment 3.1. Tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the institution's fee schedule. 3.2. Late payment of fees may result in penalties, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment. 3.3. Additional costs, such as materials, examination fees, or administrative charges, may apply and will be communicated separately.

4. Refund Policy 4.1. Students may request a refund within one (1) month of enrolment. 4.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration with supporting documents where applicable. 4.3. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any administrative deductions. 4.4. No refunds will be issued after the one-month period.

5. Programme Delivery and Changes 5.1. The institution reserves the right to modify the curriculum, schedule, and delivery method as necessary. 5.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure continuity of learning. 5.3. Students will be notified of any significant changes to their programme.

6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities 6.1. Students must adhere to the institution’s code of conduct, academic policies, and regulations. 6.2. Any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism and cheating, will result in disciplinary action. 6.3. Attendance and participation in scheduled classes, assessments, and activities are mandatory.

7. Termination and Suspension 7.1. The institution reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment in cases of misconduct, non-payment of fees, or failure to meet academic requirements. 7.2. In cases of suspension or termination, tuition fees may not be refunded.

8. Liability 8.1. The institution will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the programme unless caused by proven negligence. 8.2. Students are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage where applicable.

9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction where the institution operates. 9.2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the appropriate legal or mediation channels.

10. Amendments 10.1. The institution reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 10.2. Students will be informed of any changes, and continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
