3. Mandatory Document Verification
All documents processed or issued through us are subject to strict verification, including:

Confirmation with awarding bodies or institutions
Documents will not be released until verification is complete.

 
4. Softcopy Policy (No Refund)
Once a digital (softcopy) document is issued:

The service is considered fully completed
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
 


5. Hard Copy Release
Hard copies will only be released when:

·Verification is completed

·All payments are settled

·Administrative approval is granted
We reserve the right to delay or withhold release if requirements are not met.

 
6. Payments & Legal Effect
Any payment made to Triskele (Pvt) Ltd:

·Confirms your full acceptance of these Terms

·Creates a binding legal agreement
 

7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

·Provide accurate and truthful information

·Submit required documents on time

·Comply with all procedures

·Make payments as required

·Failure to do so may result in service cancellation and loss of refund eligibility.

 
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited and only considered if:

·Verification fails due to institutional reasons, and
You are not at fault (as determined by us)

Refunds will not be granted if:

·A softcopy has been issued

·You withdraw after 30 working days

·You fail to meet requirements

·Delays are caused by your actions

·Refund processing time: 30–90 days
All decisions are final.

 
9. Third-Party Intermediaries & Unauthorised Agents


While Triskele (Pvt) Ltd may engage with a limited number of approved intermediaries, no individual or entity shall be considered an authorized representative unless their identity and status have been formally verified directly with Triskele Administration.

Students and parents are strongly advised to verify the status of any intermediary before making payments, sharing documents, or acting on instructions
Verification must be conducted only through official Triskele communication channels, including our website: www.triskeleedu.com
The Company maintains transparent and officially published fee structures
No intermediary or third party is authorized to:

Increase official fees Add commissions or hidden charges
Request unofficial payments Create alternative pricing arrangements.

Important Legal Disclaimer:
Triskele (Pvt) Ltd expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for:

·Payments made to unauthorized or unverified individuals

·Losses resulting from misrepresentation, fraud, or overcharging by third parties


Any private agreements entered into without written confirmation from the Company
Members of the public are urged to exercise strict vigilance and rely solely on verified communications issued directly by Triskele (Pvt) Ltd.

 
10. Third-Party Delays
We are not responsible for delays or decisions made by:

·Universities or awarding bodies

·Employers or recruiters

·Immigration or government authorities
These delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

 
11. External Delays & Force Majeure
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

·Institutional processing delays

·Policy or regulatory changes

·Technical issues

·Natural events or emergencies
Such delays do not create liability or refund entitlement.

 
12. Digital Communication
Any communication via:

·WhatsApp

·Messaging platforms
is considered legally valid and binding, equivalent to a signed agreement.

 
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

·Third-party decisions or errors
