Welcome to Triskele (Pvt) Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, registering with, or using our educational, academic, migration, or work-placement related services, you (“the Student”, “Client”, or “User”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service.

 
1. Mandatory Verification of Documents
All certificates, transcripts, completion letters, academic records, or documentation facilitated or issued through the Company are subject to a compulsory verification process before being released.

Verification may include:

Authenticity checks
Internal compliance and quality control reviews
Confirmation with awarding bodies, universities, and institutional partners
No document (softcopy or hard copy) will be released without completing this process.

 
2. Softcopy Issuance — Strict No-Refund Policy
Once a softcopy (digital document) of any academic or official documentation is issued:

The Student is not eligible for any refund.
Issuance of a softcopy constitutes final delivery of service.
This applies regardless of subsequent external delays or institutional processing times.

 
3. Hard Copy Release Conditions
Hard copies of academic or official documents will only be released upon:

Full completion of the Company’s internal verification
Clearance of all financial obligations
Fulfillment of academic or documentation requirements
Administrative approval by the Company
 
4. Verification Issues — Refunds or Alternative Pathways
If any issue arises during verification of a document:

The Company will notify the Student/Client in writing
An internal investigation will be initiated
The Company may, at its discretion, offer:

a) A full refund, or
b) An alternative academic pathway
The Company’s decision shall be final.

 
5. No Liability for External Delays
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to:

Awarding bodies, universities, colleges, or academic partners
Government agencies, immigration departments, or ministries
Policy changes or compliance requirements
External authorities’ decisions
Technical delays, administrative backlogs, or holiday closures
Such delays do not qualify as grounds for a refund or compensation.

 
6. Student / Client Responsibilities
By using our services, the Student agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Submit required documents on time
Attend interviews, assessments, or verifications as required
Make timely payments
Inform the Company of any personal or academic changes
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in:

Cancellation of services
Rejection of applications
Loss of eligibility for refunds
 
7. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered when:

Verification fails due to awarding body or institutional issues
The Company determines that the Student is not at fault
Refunds will NOT be granted if:

The Student withdraws voluntarily after 30 working days from the registration payment
The Student fails to meet entry requirements
Verification or attestation has already been completed for softcopy documents
Delays or rejections result from Student negligence or misrepresentation
Refund processing time:

30 to 90 calendar days
Subject to awarding body policies, internal procedures, and cancellation requirements
The Company retains sole discretion regarding refund approvals.

 
8. Company Responsibility & Verification Liability
The Company acknowledges responsibility for:

Verifying authenticity, accuracy, and validity of documents issued directly by Triskele (Pvt) Ltd
Verifying and cross-checking documentation facilitated through:

Third-party institutions
Universities
Colleges
Awarding bodies
Education partners
Company responsibility is limited to:

Ensuring documents are properly verified
Communicating any inconsistencies to the student
Initiating refunds or alternative pathways where applicable
The Company is not liable for institutional errors, delays, or decisions beyond its control.

 
9. Delays Beyond the Company’s Control (Qualifications & Work Placement)
Some processes related to academic qualifications or work placement may face delays beyond the Company’s control.

These include, but are not limited to:

Delays by awarding bodies, universities, or academic partners
Certification, verification, moderation, or assessment delays
Delays by employers, recruiters, or workplace partners
Visa, immigration, or government processing delays
National or institutional policy changes
Technical issues, administrative backlogs, or holiday closures
Force majeure events (pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
The Student agrees that:

These delays do not constitute Company negligence
These delays do not qualify for refunds
The Company cannot guarantee timelines controlled by third parties
Work placement timelines depend on employer availability, regulatory compliance, and external approvals
The Company’s obligation is to facilitate, support, and represent the Student—not to guarantee outcomes or timelines.

 
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website or registering for services, the Student agrees to:

Be bound by these Terms
Accept all policies published on the Company’s website
Treat this document as part of the binding contractual relationship between the Student and the Company
If the Student does not agree to these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Company’s services immediately.

 
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
