Welcome to Triskele (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing, registering for, making payment for, or utilizing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By interacting with Triskele (Pvt) Ltd in any capacity, including but not limited to:
• Registering for any programme or service;
• Making payments—whether partial, full, or by instalment;
• Submitting documents or information;
• Receiving consultations or assessments;
• Communicating via email, WhatsApp, telephone, social media, or other channels;
• Continuing to use Company services;
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and entered into a binding agreement with Triskele (Pvt) Ltd.
If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
OUR SERVICES
Triskele (Pvt) Ltd provides educational consultancy, academic support, professional development programmes, qualification pathways, documentation assistance, migration support, recruitment, work-placement facilitation, career guidance, and related advisory services.
The Company functions as a facilitator, coordinator, advisor, consultant, and administrative service provider only.
The Company does not guarantee:
• Admission to any institution;
• Employment, sponsorship, or placement;
• Visa approvals or immigration outcomes;
• Recognition of qualifications by third parties;
• Processing times;
• Any outcome based on third-party decisions.
SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
Services commence upon any of the following:
• Client registration;
• Receipt of payment;
• Submission of documents;
• Allocation of staff resources;
• Commencement of consultation;
• Initiation of processing activities.
Once commenced, administrative and processing fees become earned per these Terms.
DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY AND VERIFICATION
All documents handled by the Company are subject to verification, which may include:
• Authenticity checks;
• Internal compliance reviews;
• Verification with relevant institutions, employers, recruiters, awarding bodies, licensing authorities, or government agencies;
• Quality assurance reviews;
• Regulatory compliance assessments.
The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, reject, or withhold services or documents until satisfactory verification is completed.
INITIAL PAYMENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEES
Initial payment constitutes registration, assessment, consultation, administration, verification, and processing fees and covers work already undertaken such as:
• Eligibility assessments;
• Consultations;
• Document review;
• Administrative processing;
• Compliance checks;
• Verification activities;
• Application preparation;
• Liaison with institutions, recruiters, employers, and external organizations.
Upon issuance of any milestone document—including Conditional Offer Letter, Letter of Eligibility, Placement Confirmation, Recruitment Confirmation, Preliminary Approval, Invitation to Proceed, or their equivalents—the initial payment becomes permanently non-refundable, regardless of subsequent withdrawal, eligibility failure, declined offer, or delays/adverse third-party decisions.
SOFTCOPY ISSUANCE POLICY
Upon issuance, delivery, transmission, or release of any digital document—including offer letters, verification reports, certificates, academic documents, placement-related documents, compliance reports, or other electronically delivered outputs—the relevant service is considered complete. No refund is available once a softcopy document has been issued or made available.
HARD COPY RELEASE
Hard-copy documents are released only when:
• Verification requirements are fulfilled;
• All payments are settled in full;
• Internal compliance requirements are satisfied;
• Administrative approval is granted.
The Company may withhold or delay release if any requirement remains outstanding.
PAYMENTS AND LEGAL EFFECT
Any payment to Triskele (Pvt) Ltd constitutes:
• Full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
• Authorization for the Company to commence services;
• Acknowledgement of refund limitations;
• Formation of a legally binding agreement.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must:
• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Submit required documents promptly;
• Cooperate with compliance and verification processes;
• Maintain active communication;
• Meet payment obligations;
• Comply with institutional, employer, immigration, and Company requirements.
Non-compliance may cause delays, suspension, cancellation, or loss of refund eligibility.
ABANDONED APPLICATIONS
Applications are classified as abandoned if, for over sixty (60) days, a client fails to provide requested documents, responses, approvals, or payments. Abandoned applications may be closed without notice, and fees paid remain non-refundable. Reactivation may require additional administrative fees.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are reviewed at the Company's discretion and subject to these Terms and applicable law. Refunds will not be granted where:
• A Conditional Offer Letter or milestone document has been issued;
• Any softcopy document has been issued;
• Services have been substantially performed;
• The client withdraws voluntarily;
• The client fails eligibility requirements;
• Delays result from client action/inaction;
• Adverse third-party decisions occur;
• Fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information is provided.
Approved refunds may take 30–90 business days for processing.
CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND RECOVERY COSTS
Clients must not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, disputes, or unauthorized refund requests for services already commenced or delivered. If a chargeback/dispute is initiated:
• The Company may immediately suspend all services;
• Pending documents may be withheld;
• Outstanding balances become immediately due;
• The Company may submit all relevant evidence to financial institutions/payment providers.
Unsuccessful chargebacks/disputes leave the client liable for:
• Outstanding fees;
• Administrative costs;
• Banking charges;
• Collection costs;
• Legal expenses;
• Other reasonable recovery costs.
THIRD-PARTY INTERMEDIARIES AND UNAUTHORISED AGENTS
Only verified representatives or referral partners are authorized; verification should be obtained through official Company communication channels:

The Company accepts no responsibility for:
• Payments to unauthorized persons;
• Fraud/misrepresentation by third parties;
• Unofficial payment arrangements;
• Overcharging by intermediaries;
• Private agreements not confirmed by the Company in writing.
THIRD-PARTY DECISIONS AND DELAYS
The Company is not responsible for actions, delays, decisions, processing times, refusals, cancellations, or policy changes imposed by universities, colleges, awarding bodies, recruiters, employers, immigration authorities, embassies, government agencies, or other third parties. Such circumstances do not entitle clients to refunds, compensation, or damages.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, floods, storms, pandemics, emergencies, government actions, regulatory changes, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, utility disruptions, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS
Communications conducted via email, WhatsApp, SMS, online portals, electronic signatures, and digital platforms are regarded as legally valid evidence of communications, instructions, approvals, acknowledgements, and agreements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, templates, documents, reports, forms, guides, policies, training content, marketing materials, and service methodologies produced by Triskele (Pvt) Ltd are the exclusive property of the Company. Clients shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, share, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written consent.
FRAUD PREVENTION
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, document falsification, payment fraud, misleading information, or unlawful activity. In such cases, fees may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triskele (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for admissions, employment, sponsorship, placement, visa outcomes, third-party decisions, indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, delays beyond the Company's control, or losses stemming from inaccurate client information. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of Company services signifies acceptance of revisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
